Powder coating

We offer a comprehensive surface treatment of steel, aluminum and galvanized surfaces.
The powder coating is characterized by high resistance to abrasion, scratches and long material life. Powder coating protects the surface from corrosion and other effects.
We have a modern automatic powder coating plant with the possibility of manual powder coating of difficult to reach parts of components.


THE MAIN GOAL IS QUALITY

Our main goal is the above-standard quality of surface treatments of powder coated material therefore we use powder paints only from verified suppliers in facade quality.
We have the most modern technologies that guarantee high quality surface treatment.
We visually inspect the powder coated products before shipment and, of course, perform the necessary tests and trials. All processes during powder coating are continuously monitored and data are transferred to the laboratory, where they are evaluated, inserted in protocols and a database of orders and, if necessary, retroactively they influence the technological process.

We received an international certificate QUALICOAT as the first in the Czech Republic.

We are a team of qualified professionals who approach each customer individually and are always based on the wishes and requirements of the customer. We also provide professional advice, we will recommend to the customer the most suitable solution with regard to the requirements and quality of the input material.


COMPREHENSIVE SEVICES

We provide comprehensive services from material preparation for powder coating to inspection of powder coated products, packaging and shipping.

  • we visually inspect each part upon receipt and remove any defects in the input material
  • we perform surface blasting as needed
  • we perform chemical pre-treatment by immersion - degreasing, deoxidation, passivation and drying
  • we perform powder coating in an automatic powder coating booths or by manual coating according to the type of product
  • as a final step comes curing in one of our curing ovens at the specified temperature
  • we visually inspect the powder coated products and perform the necessary quality tests of coating
  • we pack with our own or delivered material and prepare the products for export

We rely on chemical pre-treatment from IDEAL-Trade Service, spol. s r.o., which distributes chemical pre-treatment systems from the German manufacturer Alufinish GmbH & Co. KG.

For coating, we use only powder coatings in façade quality (unless the customer wishes otherwise) from well-known manufacturers:
