About us

Company Founding: ALU-COLOR, s.r.o. was established with the vision of becoming synonymous with quality in the field of surface finishing. The company was entered into the Commercial Register on April 26.

Construction of the first production hall: The first production hall was built through the combined efforts of the founders and employees. Together, we created not only the company's facilities but also a solid foundation for future development.

First commercial coating: On May 31, we coated our first profile—marking the beginning of commercial powder coating in the Czech Republic. From humble beginnings with a team of ten, we have gradually transitioned to our current round-the-clock, three-shift operation.

New management: The company is being taken over by Vjačka spol. s r.o., and Rudolf Vjačka and Jan Vjačka are assuming its management.

Emphasis on quality: We implemented the ISO 9001 quality system and became the first company in the Czech Republic to obtain QUALICOAT certification—a certification we have successfully maintained ever since.

The family tradition continues: Ing. Rudolf Vjačka becomes the sole owner of the company, which remains firmly in family hands.

Capacity expansion: We are growing, so we have expanded our production hall with new storage space to ensure smooth operations.

Science and Innovation: We acquired a second firing kiln and equipped a modern laboratory—proof that we never compromise on quality.

Certification and new standards: We are obtaining ALSTOM certification for rolling stock modification and implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. We place emphasis on both safety and environmental responsibility.

New painting technology: We are installing a modern spray booth that streamlines and increases the precision of the entire surface finishing process.

We are increasing the quality of pretreatment: We are expanding the number of tubs from 7 to 10. Better preparation means better results.

An extensive renovation is underway: new office spaces and a new sample testing hall are being created, which is also used by DBM testing s.r.o.

A new generation of leadership: Dipl.-Ing. Daniel Vjačka becomes the company's sole owner. We have obtained Deutsche Bahn certification for vehicle surface finishing—quality always comes first for us.

Sustainable energy: We are launching a rooftop photovoltaic power plant. We are moving towards a green future with solar energy.

We have reason to celebrate: We look back on more than 30 years of growth, innovation, and family tradition.

A powder coating shop is no longer enough: We are expanding production to include a wet painting facility – taking our manufacturing capabilities to the next level.
