Process - monitoring

We develop solutions for the monitoring and storage of process parameters.

E.g. the chemical pretreatment in a painting process requires parameter monitoring such as temperature, pH value, process times, etc. over the entire time. In addition, these parameters must be saved so that they can be found for later analyzes.

Temperature monitoring - permanent
Chemical concentration - min. 1x per shift
Direct DEOX measurement (removal 2g / m²) - min. 1x per shift
Degreasing capacity - each product

Passivation

Temperature monitoring - permanent
Chemical concentration - min. 1x per shift
Conductivity - min. 1x per shift

Powder coating

contactless measurement of the layer thickness

Krok 5

Burn-in process

Air temperature measurement - continuous monitoring (4 sensors in each oven)
Product temperature measurement (burn-in curve) - at least twice a week or, in the case of new products, always before the start of series production.

Controll

Gloss level measurement according to ČSN EN ISO 2813 - each product
Coating thickness measurement according to ČSN EN ISO 2360 - each product (number of measurements on a part depends on product/customer requirement)
Grating test according to ČSN ISO 2409 - according to customer requirements, e.g. in the non-visible area
